I've always been the fixer. Director of Outreach gave that instinct a public job: announcements, partner language, crisis comms. A project manager ran day-to-day operations; I was the trusted voice the product got explained through - to partners, press, and a community where consistency and coherency mattered. That meant owning an understanding of the whole machine, and the gap between the story and the system was usually where the real problem lived. Find the seam, then fix the thing behind it. Now the same instinct points at the machine itself: automation and AI implementation inside a merchandising operation.

This page is a record, not a job posting. Currently building automation and AI implementation inside a merchandising operation; before that, Pixel Vault.
If you have a hard cross-functional problem that wants a second brain, I'm always up for the conversation, role attached or not.
