Stream Gremlin
The bot in the channel: commands, callouts, moderation, and the parts of a stream nobody wants to babysit.
Built for one channel, which means it is allowed to have a personality. It answers on stream, keeps the room in order, and logs enough that a bad night is easy to read back afterwards.
The constraint that shaped it: it must never become the reason a stream dies. Silence beats a wrong callout.
