Every large catalog rots in the same places. Discontinued products stay purchasable, variant axes drift out of sync with the supplier feed, and a price survives a promotion by six months.

This experiment scores each SKU for rot and produces a review pack a merchandiser can act on in one sitting. The output is a list you argue with, not a dashboard you ignore.
